Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We’ll go through your current site together and agree what to keep, improve or replace. If pages are moving, I’ll set up redirects so you don’t lose the visibility you’ve built in Google.
What do I need to provide?
Your business details, any photos and logos you have, and feedback when I share designs. Every package includes professional homepage copywriting, and we can talk through help with anything else.
Will I own the website?
Yes. Your domain, hosting, logins and content belong to you, with full admin access from day one. You’ll never be locked out of your own website.
Can I update it myself?
Yes. I build sites so you can make simple updates yourself, like changing text, prices or photos, without emailing for help every time.
How long will it take?
A Launchpad website usually takes around 21 days once your content is ready. Larger sites depend on the pages and features involved, and you’ll get a timeline with your proposal.
What happens after launch?
Everything is handed over to you. You can run the site yourself, and I can show you how to keep it up to date with AI tools, or I can look after updates, SEO and improvements for you each month.
How much does hosting cost?
Hosting starts at $0 a month. Many small business websites can run on fast, modern hosting for free. If your site needs more, I’ll explain the options and costs upfront.
